Matters Speaking will accept returns for faulty items, however we are unable to accept returns for change of mind.
Each product we send is carefully checked & quality controlled, however if you do receive a product with a manufacturing fault we will happily refund the cost or replace the product as long as it is within 4 weeks of purchase.
Please note that general wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault. Please refer to our customer care for tips on keeping your Matters Speaking piece in its original condition.
If you wish to return or exchange a faulty product please email email@example.com the following information: name, invoice/order number, contact details and a clear written description of the fault.
* Matters Speaking will respond to you with a return number and postage details.
* All items must be returned in the original packaging. To ensure no further damage occurs during transit, please post the product in a secure parcel post bag. Matters Speaking suggests you send the item via Australian Registered Post as Matters Speaking cannot accept responsibility for items that are misplaced during transit
* We will credit your original method of payment within 10 business days of return of item, minus original shipping charges≈
